He is responsible for attempted to chase down Nilin, the memory hunter after the flooding of the dam. He was mentioned in Episode 3 on Maggie News. In Episode 5, he is seen trying to kill Nilin with the helicopter but later got his memory stolen. In Episode 7, he is facing “Leaperism” yet able to keep his position intact. Despite running away from Nilin who need his memory for the way to the Conception Cube, he got most of his memory taken by two mourners leaper. He is last seen at the security post struggling with his broken memory with Nilin feeling some pity on him.
