Oskar Guilbert is a French CEO and one of the Don't Nod's founders, after Jean-Maxime Moris, Aleksi Briclot and Alain Damasio.[1][2]

Biography[]

Guilbert heads and managed over several developing and established video game studios, "in order to Produce successful video games with innovative gameplay and technology". Oskar Guilbert was educated at the Lycée Kléber and Louis Pasteur University from 1986 to 1998. He was a lecturer and Assistant Professor at the Louis Pasteur University from September 1998 to September 2000.[3]

His major was researching and teaching computer science. From October to December 2005, he was the Studio Manager at 10tacle AG. From there he was the Senior Producer at the central Ubisoft studio in Paris, France for two years (December 2005 to December 2007). He managed the production of AAA games.[3]

In 2008, Oskar founded DONTNOD Entertainment with several other developers and artists, Jean-Maxime Moris, Aleksi Briclot, and Alain Damasio. Early 2014, reports across gaming media stated that DONTNOD had filed for Bankruptcy. However, Guilbert denied the claims, stating, "We started new projects and those new projects need some investment and we decided to resize the company in order to match these new needs. That's why we needed judicial reorganisation."[2] In 2012 he became the President of HESAW and has since managed company.[3]
