Players accomplish this task by replaying a memory and modifying details as it occurs, allowing for a change in the target's recollection of the outcome. This altering can allow for a complete change in perspective of a target's self-image and the people around them, which can lead to grave consequences

Pressens can be organized to form chains, and players can build their own combos to suit their needs and situation. There are a total of 24 Pressens in all and players unlock new Presens by gaining Procedural Mastering Power (PMP) which is gathered from fallen enemies and successful combos. When the player connects enough combos, they can preform special moves, known as S-Pressens. By combining Pressens and combos, players will have access to a plethora of combat options.
